How To Restore In-App Purchase

If you purchased a subscription through an Android or iOS device and the app doesn't recognize/acknowledge your subscription, you'll need to simply restore your purchase. Follow these simple steps to walk you through restoring your subscription. 

  1. Check for any app updates and make sure you have the most updated version.
  2. Do not use your previous email and password to log in.
  3. Click on the gear tab and make sure you are logged out.
  4. Next, click on a video to watch.
  5. The app will prompt you to subscribe.
  6. Go ahead and click the button, it will take you to the pricing page.
  7. Underneath the red payment button, there will be an option to restore your purchase.
  8. Click "Restore purchase"

This should restore your subscription purchase and allow you to continue watching our lessons. If for any reason you are still experiencing issues, please contact us by submitting a support ticket.
