How and when can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel at any time. 

STEP 1 If you purchased your membership through our website, click dashboard (see below image) and continue to STEP 2.

*If you purchased your membership through one of our apps, our website may not recognize your email, please refer to these pages instead:


STEP 2 After clicking the Dashboard link, click the "Billing" tab and then click "Change Plan". You can also click this shortcut


STEP 3 Then click "Cancel Membership".


Again, if you purchased your membership through our app, you can cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings. 

*IMPORTANT: When you cancel your membership, you will still have access through the remainder of your billing cycle.
