I've subscribed through iTunes/Google Play and I'm having trouble accessing my account on a second device. What should I do?

If you've subscribed to Art for Kids Hub through iTunes or Google Play, and are having difficulty accessing your account on another device, here are some steps to help:

  1. Ensure Both Devices are Logged into the Same Account: Make sure that your second device is logged into the same iTunes/Google Play account that you used to subscribe to Art for Kids Hub.

  2. Use the Restore Purchase Option: On your second device, go to the subscription page in the Art for Kids Hub app and choose the option to 'Restore Purchase'.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, there's another route you can take:

  3. Cancel Your Subscription through iTunes/Google Play: Since your subscription includes a free trial, you can cancel your subscription through iTunes/Google Play before the trial period ends, and you won't be billed.

  4. Sign Up Directly on the Art for Kids Hub Website: After canceling your subscription through iTunes/Google Play, head over to the Art for Kids Hub website at https://artforkidshub.tv/join_us. Sign up for a new account, or if you created an email and password login through the app, use that.

Subscribing directly through our website allows you to use your email and password on multiple devices without having to restore purchases. Plus, you can sign in on non-iOS/Android devices as well.

We hope these steps help you enjoy Art for Kids Hub on all your devices! If you're still having trouble, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support for further assistance.
